Two of French cinema's hottest actors - Louis Garrel and Romain Duris - star as two brothers in this story of love and heartbreak set in a gorgeously atmospheric Paris. Distraught after the end of a long relationship, Paul (Romain Duris) moves back into his father's (Guy Marchand) apartment where his womanising brother Jonathan (Louis Garrel) still lives. When Paul takes to his bed and refuses to rise, his father and brother both try their own methods of coaxing him from his depression, yielding somewhat mixed results. Director Christophe Honore deftly alternates mood and tone in this entertaining, witty and sensitive family drama which pays ebullient homage to Truffaut, the nouvelle vague and, of course, Paris. - Actors:
