Although David Soul was to find international success as an actor, especially in the role of Ken Hutchinson in 'Starsky and Hutch', he had originally been a folk singer, performing on television as 'The Covered Man' and wearing a ski mask! His success as an actor prompted a return to singing and culminated in five Top twenty hits in the UK, including the number one smashes 'Don't Give Up on Us Baby' and 'Silver Lady'.
