- Synopsis:
- When Navy SEAL Brad Cartowski (Michael Fare) is wounded and his wife Marcy (Claudette Mink) taken hostage by Libyan terrorists, the U.S. sends Tin a former SEAL (Jan-Michael Vincent) and current CIA operative to transport the failed terrorist leader (Billy Drago) to the kidnappers to arrange a swap. When they don't release their hostage the Navy SEAL buddies take matters into their own hands, launching a high-tech assault on her captors.
