- Jean-Claude Van Damme stars as maverick cop Lou Burke, the only lawman tough enough to go undercover in a prison recently plagued by suspicious deaths. Posing as a prisoner, Burke encounters brutal inmates, corrupt guards, death and betrayal at every turn.
