- Def Comedy Jam is an American compilation series comprised of a huge series of stand up comedians performing their own sets before live audiences. The series features performances by unknown and famous black comedians as they use often times rude and offensive humour in their sets. The show features performances by now famous comedians such as Chris Rock, Martin Lawrence, Dave Chapelle and the late Bernie Mac.
