- Synopsis:
- Dempsey and Makepeace is a British crime drama series that follows James Dempsey ex-New York cop who got himself into a lot of trouble by killing his partner during a corruption investigation. Moving to the UK he begins working for the British police force but finds himself unexpectidly paired with beautiful heiress Harriet Makepeace who is determined to show that despite her background and gender she's just as good as her male counterparts.
