- Synopsis:
- A lavishly colourful Arabian Nights-style epic where the Desert Hawk (Richard Greene) battles valiantly against the evil Prince Murad (George Macready) like a Robin Hood of the desert. In a plot replete with twists and deceits, scimitars and bazaars, and double and triple crosses, he meets all manner of foes - including Rock Hudson as the villainous Captain Ras! Amongst an extremely colourful cast of characters there's even an Aladdin (Jackie Gleason), a Sinbad (Joe Besser) and, most important of all, the object of The Desert Hawk's desire - the impossibly beautiful Princess Scheherazade (Yvonne De Carlo).
