- Synopsis:
- In a northern city in 1974 law and order has broken down and the community seems to be falling apart. The community's only hope is D.S Harrigan who, having just returned to his home force after a tough tour of duty in Hong Kong, realises a bigger battle lies ahead when his friend and former colleague is brutally murdered and his struggle for justice becomes very personal. Crime is spreading like a disease and he must face up to the gangs terrorizing the local community.
