Historical Punjabi drama chronicling events leading up to the 1984 Sikh Massacre. In the present-day, Satnam Singh tells his grandson of his involvement in the struggle to protect the rights of Sikh people in India. Beginning in 1947, he describes the Punjabi Suba Movement and the Dharam Yudh Morcha, before the movement turned violent and resulted in the anti-Sikh riots and Sikh Massacre of 1984.
