- Ever since losing her virginity at fifteen, it was sex that Val enjoyed more than anything, so much so she began to fear she might even be a nymphomaniac. In writing a journal she found a means of self expression, and on its pages detailed her most intimate, highly erotic memories. A high flying business woman, Val is successful and sexually liberated; she has never been in love. That's why when it arrives love is such a surprise to Val. In it she finds something she could never have imagined: something even better than sex. But love too has a dark side, and on discovering this Val's world is turned upside down.
