At the heart of the county is the area designated as the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Here you will find many picturesque valleys and rolling hills, the tranquil birthplace of Tennyson and much more beside. In the 1960's local film-maker John Howard began filming on and around his friend Joe Lawson's farm and continued doing so for almost two decades. This unique archive footage and the recollections of both the film-maker and the farmer some 50 years later combine to make a remarkable pictorial and commentary to the evolution of Country Life in Lincolnshire.
