Dr Screw is on a mission to hunt down the nemesis. The Mistress and stop her evil plan to take over the planet Earth. Using the 'Turdis' (Dr Screw's space-age ship for his time travelling, adult adventures) he blags and shags his way across medieval England, occupied France, the stone age, a massage parlour in outer space and an extremely close encounter in a black hole!
