Synopsis:: It was the year that changed it all for Douglas 'Doogie' Howser. In this season, Doogie (Neil Patrick Harris) deals with his virginity, moves into an apartment with best friend Vinnie (Max Casella) and confronts the changing relationship with girlfriend Wanda (Lisa Dean Ryan).
