'Dragons' Den' is back for a third season of deal-making and dream-breaking reality television. Thousands of Canadian entrepreneurs from across the country auditioned for the chance to stand before five of Canada's most successful business executives in hopes of bringing their dreams to life. With three times the deals, the most money invested, and the biggest deal to ever go down in Dragons' Den history, this season's 11-part series promises thrills, spills, and gritty interrogation from the Dragons. Adding fuel to the fire is new Dragon W. Brett Wilson, a Saskatchewan native and Calgary resident with an investment banking empire worth over $150 billion. Wilson joins the formidable panel of investors including: Kevin O'Leary, popular host of BNN's SqueezePlay, who sold his educational software firm to Mattel for $3.2 billion; Jim Treliving, a former RCMP officer who owns Boston Pizza; Arlene Dickinson, a 20-year marketing veteran and president and CEO of Venture Communications Ltd., one of Canada's largest independent marketing firms; and Robert Herjavec, who sold his IT security firm at the height of the dot.com boom for more than a $100 million. CBC Television's Dianne Buckner returns to host the series.
