- Synopsis:
- Robin (Olivia D'Abo) dreams of becoming a top gymnast, her dreams are shattered when her and her father have a car accident. Robin is badly injured and can no longer compete in gymnastic tournaments. She lives with her ailing mother and an abusive stepfather and is eventually accepted into the school athletics team. The other girls do not accept her, so she decides to train at a friends house, and with the help of her supportive boyfriend, Tommy (Keanu Reeves), Robin and her team compete in the National Scholastic meet.
