- Among the strange and dangerous mysteries in Ikebukuro one stands out: the urban myth of the Black Rider. Known as a headless monster known to roam the streets on the back of a motorcycle. High School student Mikado Ryugamine moves to this downtown area of Tokyo, eager to experience the wonders of the big city.
