- Synopsis:
- US comedy series about a minor league baseball player called Kenny Powers who after being removed from the league returns home to Shelby, North Carolina to become a substitute teacher at the local high school. Kenny’s abrasive attitude means almost no one is happy he has returned, even his brother Dustin (John Hawkes, Winter's Bone) and his family. The series follows Kenny as he attempts to return to the pros while offending anyone who tries to help him in any way.
