Elk in America (2012)

Documentary exploring the migration of elk across North America. Believed to have crossed over from Asia 40,000 years ago, the elk once roamed most of the continent, but due to increased human colonisation throughout the 19th century their numbers seriously dwindled. Only now with the help of human intervention and conservation projects are elk increasing their population and range.
