Beginning in the 1950's, the CIA and Canada secretly funded Scottish-born psychiatrist Dr. Ewen Cameron to conduct experiments on vulnerable patients to influence interrogation practices. This documentary lays bare the dark history of psychological warfare by interviewing senior American psychologists, military personnel and key whistle blowers about Cameron's experiments and state sponsored torture.
