- Synopsis:
- This is a story of a young Indian woman Sushmita who falls in love with Jaanbaz, a handsome Afghani. Sushmita decides to marry Jaanbaz and heads for a new life in Afghanistan, leaving behind her own country and family. Her dreams of a wonderful life are shattered as she is forced to face up to the reality of living under the Taliban regime, where woman are treated like commodities.
