- Synopsis:
- Max Harwood stars in this musical directed by Jonathan Butterell. Determined to make a name for himself as a drag queen on the big stage, 16-year-old Jamie New (Harwood/Noah Leggott) looks to leave his life on a Sheffield council estate behind and step out into the spotlight. Supported by his mum Margaret (Sarah Lancashire) and a number of close friends, Jamie aims to prove the doubters wrong and forge a career in show business.
