- Synopsis:
- When a Vietnamese businessman is murdered in the building where janitor Daryll Deever (William Hurt) works, he cons television reporter, and object of his obssession, Tony Sokolow (Sigourney Weaver) into believing that he has crucial information. But when Sokolow's aristocratic boyfriend (Christopher Plummer) learns that Deever may know something about the murder, suspicions are raised and, as the unwitting reporter and janitor continue their investigations, they get closer and closer to uncovering a dangerous truth.
