Rollie Tyler, one of the best special effects artists in the movie business utilises the world's most advanced high-tech toys and gadgets to catch criminals in a deadly game of cat and mouse. In fact his illusions are so realistic that his services are becoming known outside of the film industry, much to the benefit of the New York Police Department.
