Walter Wilson (Kevin Janssens) and his junior partner Robin De Rover (Ella-June Henrard) are hyper-corrupt Antwerp PD detectives. Walter's greed and arrogance irritate his criminal 'benefactor', drug baron Raf Broeckx (Peter Van de Velde), who even scolds him incompetent for failing to deal terminally with a Moroccan petty drug pusher after selling back his confiscated cocaine load, confiscated by abusively raiding his innocent (?) brother's home. It also gets dangerous, as Walter's clean rival team, Frank Slaets (Axel Daeseleire) and Raf Broeckx, gets suspicious and prods their sleepy chief to question if the mayor's war of drugs is served properly. Raf meanwhile has the surviving 'loser' eliminated in hospital by his own goons, Raoul Raes (Manou Kersting) and mate, while his harlot demands for Robin to take her at home as a safe house having served as police informer...Wally remains suspended and has nowhere to go. Paternoster (Peter Van den Begin) wants his four million back. Wally blackmails the Russians and sets up a trap...
