Filled with sizzling action and adventure, 'Fair Trade' is a powerful story of survival, parental love and betrayal set against a backdrop of drug trafficking and the perilous South American jungle. A group of innocent college girls become pawns in a deadly game of death and destruction when a South American drug baron, General Belmondon (Oliver Reed) seeks revenge for the capture and arrest of his son, Claude (Deon Stewardson) by the US Drug Enforcement Agency. The Generals primary target of retaliation is the Chief of the DEA, Edward Delacorte (Robert Vaughn), whose daughter Lucy (Lisa Rinna) is among a group of girls whose plane is hijacked by Belmondo's men. The frightened girls are held captive at Belmondo's secret compound in South America where he tells them that they will not be released until his son Claude has been freed by the DEA. Brutally tortured by the guards and abused by Chiga (Claudia Udy), Belmondo's mistress and prison captain, the girls plot an escape. Lucy, the only one with firearms experience, becomes the leader of the desperate group as they break out of Belmondo's prison and head into the jungle. Pursued by the general's soldiers and Chiga's horseman, the girls struggle to make their way to civilization and their journey is filled with terror and danger at every turn.
