Festival d'Aix-en-Provence: Vol.1 (2005)

Collection of operas recorded at the Aix-en-Provence Festival in France. In Verdi's 'La Traviata' (2003),Yutaka Sado conducts the Orchestre de Paris. Marc Minkowski conducts Les Musiciens du Louvre in both Monteverdi's 'L'incoronazione Di Poppea' (2000) and Mozart's 'Die Entführung aus dem Serail' (2004). Finally,in Philippe Boesmans' 'Miss Julia' (2005),Kazushi Ono conducts La Monnaie Chamber Orchestra. Among the performers are Mireille Delunsch,Matthew Polenzani,Anne Sofie von Otter,Shahrokh Moshkin-Ghalam and Malena Ernman.
