Five Weeks in a Balloon Adventure, drama and suspense fill this gorgeously animated version of the classic novel by Jules Verne. In London in 1852, Dr. Samuel Fergusson, a well-known explorer, and his Texas educated nephew Oliver, have been summoned to Windsor Castle by Queen Victoria where they are asked to undertake a perilous mission: collect the priceless diamond known as the "Eye of the Cat" which is to be given to the Queen as a birthday gift by the Bantus of South Africa. They are introduced to Irumu, Emissary of King Umtali, who will guide them to Devil's Peak situated deep in the jungle of Bantu Land. The trio prepare for their journey which will take them over Africa in a hot-air balloon, totally unaware of the attempts by the Duke of Salisbury to sabotage their mission and collect the jewel for himself.
Gentlemen of Titipu Based on Gilbert & Sullivan's 'The Mikado', The Gentlemen of Titipu is set in a Japanese fishing village where preparations are being made to welcome the Emperor and his entourage for the annual Cherry Blossom Festival. But complications and romantic intrigue arise when two sets of mismatched lovers meet. One, the Emperor's son Nanki Poo and his arranged bride, Katisha. The other, the delicious Yum Yum anbd her elderly guardian, Koko. Of course, Nanki Poo immediately falls for Yum Yum. Meanwhile, Koko winks at Katisha and is thrown into the dungeon for the crime of flirting. Side-stepping indiscretion and execution, the course of true love finally runs smooth and the two pairs of lovers gain the Emperor's blessing.
