Rent Flesh and Blood: Series 1: Part 2 (1980)

The Brassingtons are grieving after their mother's death and Henry voices the regrets he feels. A new driver at the factory moves in with the Turner family and forms close friendships with both Ruth Turner and Sarah. Max is still trying to impress his father while his own son Guy runs away from school and disappears. Ross and Ruth become romantically involved. The Brassington family grows up, Guy changes schools, Sarah faces her drinking problem and Mabel moves in with Henry after a fall in her house. Max in shaken by some harsh truths he hears in an underhand way.
