In this programme,Captain Jack Curtis and First Officer Chris Linn provide an all-encompassing look at one of the world's best known,best loved aircrafts. Conceived in 1932,the DC-3 was sturdy,reliable,economical,comfortable and safe,and it served the world's airlines for decades. Beginning with a landing at Mudgee,New South Wales,the crew then give a guided tour of the cockpit. This is followed by a local training flight,filmed using five broadcast quality cameras and high quality sound direct from the aircraft's intercom.
