- Weng Weng is Agent 00. He is a 3 foot-tall Filipino agent for the Intelligence Civilian Force of the Military. He is specially trained for the dangerous and deadly tasks assigned to him - martial arts master, expert marksman, with irresistible charm and charisma! Mr. Giant has kidnapped the brilliant Dr. Van Kohler and is planning to use the Doctor's invention, the N-bomb, to hold the world hostage.
