A two-volume set of opera recitals. Franco Corelli performs a 1971 recital in Tokyo, including works by among others Meyerbeer, Massenet and Puccini, accompanied by the NHK Orchestra. In the second recital from Tokyo, recorded in 1996, the celebrated Spanish tenor Alfredo Kraus performs works by, among others, Scarlatti, Massenet, Donizetti and Gluck.
