- Synopsis:
- A truly bizarre film, "Frog Song", centres on a young woman, Akemi (Konatsu), who after having found out that her husband has been cheating on her runs off into the night. She ends up in a local comic shop where she meets an aspiring comic-book artist, Kyoko (Rinako Hirasawa), who supports herself by working as a prostitute. Unable to deal anymore with her husband's betrayal, Akemi ends up moving in with Kyoko where they develop a taste for sex, singing and frogs! A very wonderful and innovative example of Pink Cinema.
