Rent Fruits Basket (2001 - 2003)

Fruits Basket is a Japanese animated series that follows a young girl who after the death of her mother is forced to find a new home and finds herself wrapped up in a century old curse. The series follows high school student Tohru who loses her mother in a car accident and is forced onto the streets until she is given a room with the Sohma family, a family controlled by an odd curse where if they find themselves stressed they turn into zodiac animals unable to control their emotions or control their actions.
