Collection of five exercises designed to help firm and tone the lower body. Each workout is demonstrated in detail and can be customised according to your level of fitness and the amount of time an individual's schedule allows them to dedicate each day to exercise. The five specific workouts are: 'Yoga Sculpt' (20 minutes), 'Pilates Lift and Firm' (30 minutes), 'Lower Body Burn' (30 minutes), 'Cardio Kickbox' (30 minutes) and 'Hip Openers' (30 minutes). Also included is a bonus workout for the abs.
