Rent Gasaraki (1998 - 1999)

Gasaraki is a Japanese anime series about a famed family who was responsible for the creation of a special kind of armour, an armour that today is being developed to create special suits used to control people through fear. The series follows the Gowa family, who have unwittingly created a mind controlling suit that is being misused by their backers. The series follows the Gowa’s quest to stop this before it is too late.
