Thakur Vikram Singh (Shreeram Lagoo) was a prosperous man, but inspite of all his wealth from his tea estates and factories, the Thakur was dejected and sad. Thakur Singh decided to get Munna (Dharmendra) babu married so that his wife could take care of him and take charge of the vast inheritance too; but Munna was bent on marrying Jamuna (Rekha Ganesan), his childhood sweetheart and thwarted Thakur's attempts. Whilst this drama was on at one end, there was intrigue of another kind at the other. Manager Arjun Singh (Ranjeet Bedi) cleverly hoodwinked Thakur and smuggled charas in his tea containers.
One day Thakur apprehended Arjun Singh and his henchmen red-handed and rushed to inform the police. Arjun Singh and his men tried to get rid of him.What happens in the end...Does Munna babu marry Jamuna...Does Thakur survive...
