- Streetwise cop Jonathan Graves (Peter Liapis) is forced to do battle with his former girlfriend Alexandra (Stacie Randall), who has escaped from a lunatic asylum. Alexandra is busily conducting human sacrifices in order to once again summon up the little demons created by Jonathan's Satanic dabbling. The demonic little creatures are called forth from the Ghoulie Demension and go on a rampage through the streets of Los Angeles, trying to find Jonathan, who can help them return to their home. But Satan-worshipping Alexandra is also on a killing spree to find Jonathan. Which one will find him first?
