Three films from the late 1950s and early 1960s focusing on some huge cargoes being shipped all over the country. In 'Giant Load (1958)', a 200 ton transformer is shipped from Middlesex to Bucks, while in 'Ferry Load (1960)' the ferry services from Tilbury to Rotterdam and Preston to Larne are looked at in detail. Finally, in 'Caerphilly Castle (1961)', the Great Western locomotive 'Caerphilly Castle' is moved from Park Royal to the South Kensington Science Museum.
