- Young intelligent stoner Ellis (Graham Phillips) moves to the East Coast to attend the prep school his dad went to, leaving his New Age mother, Wendy (Vera Farmiga), and goat herder father-figure 'Goat Man' (David Duchovny) behind in Tucson. At college Ellis discovers a whole new world opening up around him, with new friends and love interests competing with old problems - his real dad Frank (Ty Burrell) being one of them. As Ellis attempts to balance the conflicting relationships in his life, he realises that adulthood isn't going to be as straightforward as he hoped...
