Gorilla School (2010)

Gorilla School follows the remarkable story of the long-term reintroduction of captive-born gorillas back into the wild. Alongside this television-first we follow the work of the scientists and park rangers completely devoted to re-building the gorilla population. Over the thirteen weeks of the series we will also track the lives, loves, conflicts and achievements of the various established gorilla groups, really getting to know the characters - the leaders, the bullies, the flirts, the upstart youngsters and the world weary oldies. Each episode providing an update on the dramatic lives of the gorilla groups, Forest School orphans and the staff dedicated to their reintroduction.
