Shag and Jean Williams spend 20 years of savings to build the ideal suburban home only to find they're not the only ones living in it. Their housing development was built on an old graveyard called Black Hope, the center of which lies directly under an old oak tree on the William's property. Based on the book, "The Black Hope Horror," this is a true story written by the Williams couple. From the start they are haunted by the spirits of' the past. At first, minor happenings peak their curiosity the television turns itself on and off and strange sounds come from the attic. Shortly after they move in to their new home, their granddaughter comes to live with them and can actually hear the spirits' voices.
