- Synopsis:
- The directorial debut of writer Adriana Maggs tells the story of Ruby (Tatiana Maslany), a teenage girl whose life turns upside down when her mother runs off and her hard-luck ex-hockey star father, Ray (Shawn Doyle), comes home. While her dad struggles with changed fortunes and failed expectations, Ruby strikes up an ill-advised friendship with Stuart (Jonny Harris), a man left wheelchair-bound after an accident involving Ray.
