- On the eve of the Gulf War an archeological team deep in Iraq uncover the sarcophagus of Tel-Al the Babylonian god of Death. Upon opening the tomb, the evil spirit of the demon is unleashed with devastating results after centuries of lying dormant. Twelve years later during a spate of killings results in each victim's body is found to contain traces of a previously unheard of drug dubbed Chaos. Is there a connection between the events in the Iraqi desert and the mass killings in the US? Hell is about to be unleashed on Earth.
