The film begins 18 years ago where the young, heavily pregnant, prostitutes woman Rose (Debbie Rochon) tries to escape her pimp in order to feed their children. The pimp is furious at the thought of losing his cash cow, hitting Rose unconscious and implements an abortion on her with a wire hanger. Rose dies at the coup and the baby shots pimp in a garbage can. Where could our history have ended if not a homeless had found the child and took care of it. The heavily deformed child because of his background the name Hanger (Nathan Dashwood). When Hanger's 18th birthday, his father know that he is alive. He visits him and tells him about the tragic fate of his mother went to the meeting. The pimp is still alive and the two are now starting to plan a cruel revenge!
