The Little Mermaid On her sixteenth birthday the youngest princess of the mermaids is finally allowed up to the see the world above the sea. There she sees a large ship where a handsome young prince is also celebrating his sixteenth birthday. When a storm arises and wrecks the ship, she rescues the young prince and brings him to shore. The Little Mermaid decides that she will do anything to be with her beloved prince, even if it means trading her beautiful voice for legs.
The Snowman: One winter's morning two lovers build a snowman. Standing outside in the cold the Snowman is mesmerised by the beautiful potbellied stove he can see in thought the kitchen window. He dreams that if he could only touch her that he would know what true love felt like. The dog warns the Snowman of what would happen if he touched a hot stove but the Snowman is in love and will not be out off.
The Emperor's New Clothes: The vain and selfish Emperor falls prey to two tricksters who promise to weave him a suit of clothes so fine that only the best and cleverest people in the land will be able to see. Parading through the streets with his new clothes, only a little girl's cry of "but he nothing on" brings the foolish Emperor and his citizens to their senses.
