When Harry Potter's name emerges from the Goblet of Fire he becomes a competitor in a grueling battle for glory among three wizarding schools - the Triwizard Tournament. But since Harry Never Submitted his name for the Tournament, who did? Now Harry must confront a deadly dragon, fierce water demons and an enchanted maze only to find himself in the cruel grasp of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. In this fourth film adaptation of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series, everything changes as Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione 8Emma Watson) leave childhood forever and take on challenges greater than anything they could have imagined.

Reviews (1) of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Harry is growing up fast, having to deal with emotions of love, loss and ultimate fear. - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire review by CP Customer

Spoiler Alert
21/07/2006

Things are getting a bit more serious and adsolescence looms large at Hogwarts, as Harry and friends go fourth. This movie keeps the most of the dark atmosphere of Azkaban but fails to be as coherent. This is probably due to the length of the source material having to be adapted down to a 2 hour film. Harry is troubled by visions of the dark wizard while being chosen to endure the trials of the Tri-wizarding tournament.

Enjoyable and with exciting set pieces, but fails to fully engage some of the time. I'm sure it would all work better on a very big TV though.
