- Synopsis:
- Hart of Dixie is a drama series starring Rachel Bilson as Zoe Hart, a newly qualified doctor who has recently relocated to a small Southern town, Bluebell, Alabama. Her new family-oriented practice is a far cry from the pressures of her New York medical school, where she dreamed of becoming a cardiothoracic surgeon. However, Zoe learns that small town life isn't that simple after all.
