- Synopsis:
- In this series, dramatic events lead PC Mike Bradley (Jason Durr) to bid farewell to Aidensfield, while young, ambitious PC Steve Crane (James Carlton) arrives at Ashfordly station determined to prove his abilities. Guests include Lulu, William Gaunt, Geoff Hinsliff, and Jean Alexander - briefly returning as feisty farmer Lily Barton; the series also introduces the cast of Heartbeat's immensely popular spin-off, 'The Royal'.
