- Synopsis:
- Set during the 1960's in the fictional North Yorkshire village of Aidensfield, this phenomenally popular series inteiweaves crime and medical storylines, with colourful regular characters that viewers took to their hearts, illustrious guests and a wonderfully nostalgic soundtrack. This ninth series finds PC Mike Bradley and feisty solicitor Jackie planning a quiet wedding, while district nurse Maggie comes to terms with life as a single mum, and barmaid Gina continues to be unlucky in love.
