- Synopsis:
- Two hospitalized young people discover that things can get even worse when the dilapidated institution is stranded by a severe storm and a maniac stalks the corridors butchering the patients and staff. During a routine autopsy a corpse rises from the dead and commences a murderous rampage, killing his victims by punching thought the rib cage and ripping out the still beating heart. While the storm outside continues to rage, the power lines go down and the body counts goes up, leaving only a handful of staff and patients including Sheriff Berger (Englund) as the only remaining prey of a raving maniac.
